How I Use This Resource
At the beginning of the school year, I print a binder for each student on my caseload and include copies of their current IEP, annual goals, accommodations, and service information. Throughout the year, students add work samples, assessment data, reflections, and progress updates.
By the time annual meetings arrive, students already have a collection of evidence, accomplishments, and personal insights that help them participate meaningfully in their IEP discussions.
Empower students to understand their supports, celebrate their growth, and develop the confidence to advocate for themselves.
