Students can staple pages together to create a personalized habit journal and spend just a few minutes each day monitoring habits, setting goals, and celebrating progress. After approximately ten check-ins, two weeks, or another interval that works for your classroom, students complete a reflection page to identify patterns, recognize successes, and plan next steps.
