This comprehensive workbook helps students discover careers that align with their unique strengths, interests, and values while building confidence for life after graduation. Instead of asking students to choose one perfect career, this resource guides them through a thoughtful exploration process that encourages curiosity, self-reflection, and informed decision-making.
 
Students begin by completing a Career Strengths Survey, calculate their top career clusters, and then dive deeper into careers that match their results. Along the way, they'll learn about job responsibilities, required skills, education pathways, high school courses that can help prepare them, and questions to consider as they explore future possibilities.
 
To make career exploration even more authentic, students also prepare for and complete an informational interview with someone working in a career field they're interested in, helping them connect classroom learning to the real world.
