December has a way of making life feel loud.
The holidays are exciting, but they can also be overwhelming. Expectations get higher. Calendars get fuller. We spend so much time taking care of everyone else that it's easy to forget to check in with ourselves.
This evening is your invitation to slow down.
Every Sunday, people from all over Los Angeles gather on Venice Beach for one of the city's most beloved traditions—the Venice Drum Circle.
As the sun begins to set, the beach comes alive with music, dancing, hula hoopers, the light-up bike parade, and people simply enjoying being together.
Our journal circle takes place just beside all of that.
