Meet Adelaide
I'm a special education teacher, mentor, artist, journal-maker, and chronic creator of things I think should exist. For more than a decade, I've worked with students and educators...and I've noticed I keep coming back to the same question:
Where are you stuck, and what might make the next step feel possible?
Sometimes the answer is a practical tool for a student who doesn't know where to start. Sometimes it's a better question for a teacher who feels completely overwhelmed. Sometimes it's a guided journal, a paintbrush, or a table full of art supplies by the ocean.
My own path has been anything but straight. I grew up in Indiana, spent years traveling the country as a teacher and living in a campervan, studied global perspectives in education at Boston College, and eventually found my way to Los Angeles. Somewhere along the way, I stopped trying so hard to pick one lane and started paying attention to the pattern.
Everything I create is meant to offer a place to start...to help people feel a little more capable, connected, and aligned with what they actually need.
I'm glad you're here.
Welcome. Let's get aligned.
Where do you need a place to start?
